A little about Umito

Umito joined FRP in 2023 and is a Director in the Debt Advisory team, based in our London office.

Since starting his corporate finance career at a mid-market accountancy firm in 2012, Umito has advised management teams and investors on a range of mid-market M&A, debt and equity transactions. With former roles in M&A Advisory and FDD, Umito has specialised in Debt Advisory since 2019.

Umito is highly experienced in advising PE sponsors and management teams on LBO and bolt-on acquisition financing, growth financing, refinancing, recapitalisation, covenant resets and special situations.

Having worked with a number of technology and fintech clients, Umito has considerable experience raising ARR financing with wider sector experience across technology, business services and industrials and manufacturing.
