Thomas joined FRP in 2024 and is a Director in the Corporate Finance team, based in Cardiff.
He has significant experience in both lead advisory and transaction services, having led a variety of key transactions in both the UK and European markets.
Thomas also has considerable experience across trade sale and management buy-out transactions having worked with a number of management teams to lead them through a successful transaction.
He has knowledge across a variety of sectors, with a particular focus on the technology sector, having recently worked with companies in both the cyber security and digital transformation sectors.
