A little about Susan
Susan joined FRP in 2010 and is a Director focused on developing interim management services for clients as part of the FRP Transition team. She is based in our London office, but works nationally with all FRP offices across the UK.
Susan works with businesses across a wide range of sectors, and has many years’ experience delivering interim resources at all stages of the business life cycle. She places high-ranking senior executive roles that are operational as well as financial.
Her work has included introducing an interim CEO to a sports car manufacturer to help them drive sales, open new markets and transform the production line, and the introduction of a part-time finance director to a growing private equity-backed plant hire business, to help them professionalise the finance function and integrate new acquisitions quickly and efficiently.
