A little about Simon

Simon joined FRP in 2021 and is a Partner in the Debt Advisory team, based in our London and Reading offices.

Having worked in the industry since 2003, Simon has significant experience guiding entrepreneurial mid-market businesses, their management teams and private equity investors through complicated corporate refinancing and merger and acquisition (M&A) assignments to secure the raising of debt facilities.

His primary expertise are in leading leveraged finance transactions and corporate debt raises, with his role focusing on structuring debt for borrowers from a wide variety of sectors including business services, financial services, healthcare, technology, media and telecommunications.
