A little about Russell
Russell joined FRP’s Restructuring Advisory department in 2010 and is a Senior Manager in the personal insolvency team, and is based in our Brentwood office. He has more than 20 years’ experience in dealing with personal insolvency matters.
Having joined FRP from a legal background, Russell also has an understanding of the legal processes leading into bankruptcy, and is able to attend court hearings on behalf of the office holder.
He oversees a variety of cases, ensuring that realisations are maximised for the benefit of the estate, and manages all individual voluntary arrangement appointments, overseeing the drafting and supervision of the case. Russell also assists individuals with direct negotiations with HMRC to set up payment plans.
