A little about Mark
Mark joined FRP in 2017 as a Corporate Finance Partner in our Bristol office. He has extensive corporate finance experience, specialising in advising companies and shareholders on their strategic options.
This can include working with shareholders and companies to prepare a business for sale, identify the buyer and maximise value; working with companies to identify and unlock acquisition opportunities and negotiate transactions; working with management teams to effect a management buy-out of their business; and raising finance for companies for development capital, acquisitions funding or working capital.
