A little about Mark
Mark joined the Restructuring Advisory team in FRP’s Leeds office in 2013. He has worked in restructuring since 2001, and provides advisory services to businesses and lenders across a wide variety of sectors – particularly retail and financial services – at a regional, national and international level.
Mark’s extensive experience includes managing the administration of a national retail chain, securing the sale of key assets and managing an orderly wind down of the business; and leading the cashflow monitoring, accelerated merger and acquisition and subsequent administration of a distribution business that secured 75 jobs and full repayment of the working capital provider’s debt.
He has also undertaken secondments to two major high street lenders, working within the secured recoveries department and managing a portfolio of distressed real estate clients.
