A little about Libby
Libby joined FRP in 2017 and is a Manager in the Restructuring Advisory team in our Leeds office. She has a wealth of experience, having worked for insolvency practices in Darlington and Teesside since 2005.
In the early part of her career Libby specialised in personal insolvency cases, and passed the Joint Insolvency Examination Board personal insolvency exam in 2008.
She has dealt with a varied caseload of personal and corporate insolvency assignments and has particular experience dealing with liquidations and voluntary arrangements.
Libby also works on non-insolvency instructions, including advisory instructions and matters where negotiations with HMRC are necessary.
