A little about Kevin

Kevin joined FRP in 2021 as a Senior Manager in Learning and Development within our Central Services Group, and is based in the Brentwood office.

He is Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) accredited, and has been working with organisations to create successful working environments and promote professional development since 2006. He is highly skilled in managing focused learning experiences, working across all stages of the employee lifecycle.

Kevin has experience working cohesively with senior stakeholders to create bespoke development programmes, as well as graduate and apprenticeship schemes, aligning the goals and performance of individuals with the strategic aims of the organisation.
