Meet Jim, one of the Associate Directors in our Corporate Finance team.

A little about Jim

Jim joined FRP in 2023 following the acquisition of Lexington Corporate Finance, as an Associate Director in the Corporate Finance team and is based in our Cardiff office.

He has held leadership roles in the technology and business services’ sectors for over thirty years. He started his first consultancy practice in 2003, working with companies such as Sage plc and Technology Services Group before selling it to TSG in 2007.

Jim has significant experience within M&A both on the buy side and the sell side and is currently an adviser on multiple deals as they seek to drive growth for exit.
