A little about Henry

Henry joined FRP in 2021 as a Partner in our Forensic Services team and is based in the Birmingham office.

A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales with more than 20 years’ experience in forensic accounting, Henry specialises in disputes, fraud and regulatory investigations and professional negligence claims, working across court, arbitration and mediation forums, where he has been appointed as an independent accounting expert.

Henry holds significant experience in leading the forensic accounting aspects of acquisitions and disposals. This includes advising clients and their lawyers on the financial elements of transaction agreements, performing completion accounts reviews and representing clients in the dispute resolution process.

His recent assignments include securing a substantial settlement on behalf of a client who brought a claim for negligence against a former auditor, following the discovery of long running fraud. He also led an investigation into allegations of conflicts of interest and mismanagement in a subsidiary undertaking, uncovering numerous undisclosed relationships and unauthorised business practices.
