Gary joined FRP in 2024 as a Partner in the Corporate Finance team, following the acquisition of Lexington Corporate Finance, which he founded in 2016.
Heading up our Cardiff office, he has a 30-year track record of leading transactions across the UK and internationally.
Gary started his corporate finance career at one of the Big Four accountancy firms before strengthening his experience working in the global M&A acquisition team at a leading international telecommunications firm, subsequently moving on to lead a venture capital fund.
He is passionate about building long-term, trusted client relationships and providing results focused advice across M&A advisory, management buy-outs, strategic reviews and equity fundraising.
Gary is an industry recognised expert; having previously won the Wales Insider Dealmaker of the Year award and being a four-time winner of the Corporate Finance Team of the Year award for the advisory teams he has led.
