A little about ED

Ed joined FRP in 2025 as a Senior Manager in the Restructuring Advisory team, and is based in our London office.

He has a particular focus on options advice and contingency planning, navigating challenging situations to deliver the best outcomes for clients, creditors and stakeholders.

Ed’s previous experience includes contingency planning for directors of a group of high-end properties in London, analysing the potential impact of downside risks to the timing and value of forecast sales, and considering the group’s strategic options.

His prior insolvency experience includes managing the trading strategy for the administration of a large fashion retailer, liaising with stock agents, analysing trading forecasts and impact on estimated outcomes for creditors, and a wide range of operational matters.
