Meet Dan, one of the Managers in our Financial Advisory team.

A little about Dan

Dan joined FRP in 2021 and is a Manager in the Financial Advisory team based in Bristol.

He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW), with experience working on Financial Advisory and Restructuring assignments.

Dan provides valuable advisory support, including financial due diligence services and pre-lend reviews, in addition to employer covenant support to pension scheme trustees. He also advises businesses and key stakeholders going through change or experiencing financial distress, with assignments including independent business reviews, short-term cash flow reviews and options reviews.

Dan also assists businesses through corporate restructuring processes, including accelerated merger and acquisition engagements, and has gained experience working across a variety of sectors including engineering and manufacturing, leisure and hospitality, retail, healthcare and energy.
