A little about Daniel

Daniel joined FRP in 2021 and is a Director in the Corporate Finance team, based in our Manchester office.

Daniel has been working in M&A since 2011, and has gained extensive experience working at two of the UK’s top 10 accountancy firms. He is a specialist in advising mid-market businesses on strategic transactions including sales, acquisitions, management buyout and buy-ins, private equity and debt fundraising. His previous assignments involve a number of private equity-funded buyout transactions, including the sale of a cloud hosting technology business and the acquisition of a market-leading supplier of bathroom and kitchen products.

He has advised business owners on deals ranging from £5 million to £70 million within the business services, manufacturing, technology, and media and telecommunications sectors.
