A little about Dan

Dan joined FRP in 2024 as Partner in the Corporate Finance team, and is based in the Birmingham office. He leads the Corporate Finance practice for FRP in the Midlands.

With over 15 years’ experience, he has worked with businesses of all sizes, advising business owners and stakeholders across both public and private markets.

Dan has knowledge across a wide range of corporate finance matters, with particular expertise in M&A advisory, across a variety of sectors such as automotive, building products, business services, energy, environmental services, industrials and manufacturing, and private equity.
