Meet Dan, one of the Partners in our Restructuring Advisory team.

A little about Dan

Dan joined FRP in 2022 as a Partner in our Restructuring Advisory team, based in the London office. He has over 20 years’ experience in the restructuring industry, working with clients across a variety of corporate business models, particularly within financial services.

Prior to joining FRP, Dan spent seven years working for the Financial Conduct Authority in its specialist supervision division, focusing on financial resilience challenges, periods of decline, and failure in regulated firms.

During his career, Dan managed the underperformance of a high-profile payments service provider, where he worked alongside multiple internal and external stakeholders to guide a solvent wind-down and delivered a successful outcome for over 4 million consumers. He also led the special administration of a wealth management firm with over £1 billion of custody assets and £130 million of client money.
