A little about Chris
Chris joined FRP in 2021, and is an Associate Director in the Corporate Finance team, based in our London office. He is a Chartered Accountant and has a degree in economics.
Chris is an experienced corporate finance practitioner and is well versed in supporting businesses through several stages of the corporate lifecycle, focusing primarily on raising capital, raising and refinancing debt and mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
He holds particular expertise in the technology, media and telecommunications, property, business services and transport and logistics sectors, having worked on both buy and sell side transactions in these industries. Chris’s hands-on and thorough approach offers clients strategic advice on a range of transactions involving valuations, financial modelling, and financial due diligence.
