Meet Charlie, one of the Senior Managers in our Corporate Finance team.

A little about Charlie

Charlie joined FRP in 2021 and is a Senior Manager in the Corporate Finance team, based in our London office.

He has worked on both buy and sell-side transactions on behalf of entrepreneurs and private equity firms, and has advised clients across a number of different sectors including healthcare, pharmaceutical, financial services and technology.

Charlie’s previous experience includes providing vendor assistance for a British multinational pharmaceutical company in preparation for its joint venture with a world-renowned biotechnology corporation, responsible for developing one of the globally distributed COVID-19 vaccines. He has also worked closely with a leading magazine publisher in delivering a full financial due diligence commentary report to support on its sale to a private equity firm.
