A little about Arvindar
Arvindar joined FRP in 2014 and is a Partner in the Restructuring Advisory team based in our Birmingham office.
She has extensive experience in a range of restructuring and insolvency solutions, and more recently has advised on a number of distressed accelerated sales, resulting in business survival, employment being secured, and the maximisation of asset value for secured and unsecured creditors.
Arvindar is particularly well known for managing contentious personal insolvency cases and succeeding in the recovery of assets that are not easily identifiable. Her sector experience includes healthcare, retail, real estate and manufacturing.
